No mobile information or other information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the stated categories in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Dialpad secures messages in transit and at rest, and we apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., encryption, access controls). We retain message metadata and content only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

9. Prohibited Content

We strictly prohibit messaging that contains SHAFT content (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco) or other material barred by Dialpad’s Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., phishing, gambling, deceptive marketing).

We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be posted on our website and, where appropriate, sent via text or email. Continued use of our texting service after such changes constitutes acceptance.
